Why We charge for academia+
Our Academic Standards Policy:
We are committed to making Academia+ the best way to find Study Guides, Notes, and Quizlet sets. While some of these can be found elsewhere, there is nowhere else that you will be able to find all of these centralized in one place. With that being said, we strictly prohibit any test, quiz, or assessment cheats. Period. There is no test or quiz material on Academia+. We do not condone any form of plagiarism or cheating, and by joining the platform users are required to sign a form affirming they will uphold academic excellence, integrity, and ethical behavior. While we acknowledge the dangers of students using Academia+ as a go to instead of paying attention in class, we believe that everything offered on Academia+ could be alternatively sourced from friends, RenWeb, and Quizlet. Academia+ is in no way a substitute for in class learning, and is instead meant to aid students in studying for future assignments or tests. Throughout all of this our goal is transparency. If you have any questions, please meet with us and we would be happy to discuss.

Policy on Obtaining Information:
Academia+ wouldn’t be possible without the numerous contributors on the platform. These contributors share vast quantities of notes, create Quizlet sets, and so much more. Without them, Academia+ wouldn’t be what it is. Throughout all of this, we seek to fairly compensate contributors for there work. Contributors are either paid up front for notes or paid a percent of the cut from the members in there grade. Notes are compiled from student who where formerly in that grade or from current students. Current information always takes president over older information. To this point, we haven’t had to compensate any contributors, as they are contributing pro bono. They like us want to build this platform to be the best it can be. Our final policy is: if a contributor would like to be compensated, we are happy to give them a percentage cut profits made from that class. As always our goal is transparency, so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Why Do We charge for Academia+?
We acknowledge that a small amount of content found on Academia+ is not exclusively ours and can be found on other platforms. So why charge money? Academia+ brings value by compiling all of this content in one place. In addition, we also create our own study content. We where founded on the premis that there is a better way to study then cobbling together different study material from hard to find Quizlet sets, notes, and study guides. Academia+ is the result of hours of work not only building this website, but by creating exclusive study material that wasn’t already there. Turns out making good study material available quickly is very difficult. Our goal is to charge as little as we can, while still trying to compensate the team that makes all of this possible.
